![]() The private outdoor was nice for some sun in the a.m., I took advantage of the living room area, it truly is a great spot. I filled my big fridge with fruit, water, treats and it was a great base to do some work, as well as just feel like I was in my own apartment (it might be as big as my apartment). So, when I decided to come back in the Spring to check out Scottsdale as a place to live, I booked here for the week. The accommodations were very comfortable and huge - it was nice to have a w/d after a full week traveling, and the full kitchen and enormous dining table were fantastic. I stayed at this property last year for one night, on a trip with my mom. I'm so remiss in writing this as my visit was back in May, but it left a strong impression that's still in my mind, so here I am. The food options are extremely limited, and the drinks are made with mixers rather than fresh made, yet still cost $10+ for alcohol and $8+ for non-alcohol. ![]() The rooms and outdoor space back up to a busy road, eliminating all ability to relax in the villa. ![]() PS: Aside from this terrible experience, I would have rated this resort no higher than 3. At this resort, you'll run the risk of being scammed out of money for issues clearly out of your control, and have absolutely no recourse or any department who cares in the least about you as a human being. Apparently their "Customer Relations" department is comprised of one individual named MEGHAN STERPKA who, despite being a "Guest Services Manager" is unwilling to return any calls. Check out the "proof" they sent (which could have been taken at any date from any room). From what I can tell in the picture, the TV is not physically broken and THE RESORT IS HOLDING US ACCOUNTABLE FOR A WIRING ISSUE. Days after checking out, we received a letter saying we were responsible for a broken television, and WERE SLAPPED WITH A CHARGE THAT WAS ALMOST EQUIVALENT TO THE COST OF OUR ENTIRE STAY. I am honestly HORRIFIED at the aftermath of my stay at this resort, which was supposed to be a relaxing babymoon for me and my husband.
